The Theory of Change (ToC) Reflection Workshop 2024 and the Partners’ Platform (PP) are two important annual events for ISET Nepal. These events help everyone come together to reflect on what we are doing, why we are doing it, and whether our work is creating the change we aim for. By reviewing the ToC each year, ISET Nepal, DCA Nepal  and other partners make sure that the programme stays relevant to the local context, responds to new challenges, and continues moving in the right direction.

From 26–30 August 2024, ISET Nepal, DCA Nepal, and several partner organizations took part in a three-day ToC Reflection Workshop, followed by a two-day Partners’ Platform Meeting. The events brought together partners, board members, and ISET Nepal staff to discuss progress and share experiences. Over the five days, participants reviewed what has been achieved so far, what challenges have come up, and what changes might be needed to improve the programme. These conversations helped everyone better understand how their work contributes to long-term goals.

The Partners’ Platform Meeting provided an open and friendly space for partners to learn from one another and talk honestly about both successes and difficulties. Participants exchanged ideas, shared lessons from the field, and identified ways to strengthen collaboration. The meeting highlighted how important teamwork, transparency, and trust are in achieving meaningful and lasting results. Overall, the sessions encouraged partners to continue working closely together and keep improving the programme for greater impact.
