Iset-Nepal Services Pvt Ltd., a sister organization of ISET-Nepal, started its journey in April 2018 to provide quality service to its clients to be able to efficiently carry out research, conduct trainings and capacity building activities as well as to provide knowledge management services.

To enhance the capacity of federal, provincial and local government; private sector, non-governmental and academic sectors and local communities to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals.

Partnership

Iset Nepal Services works with diverse national and international academicians, researchers and organizations in research and other activities. It has a team of experts and talented youths who work full time or involve as per the existing projects’ requirements. Our experts come from a diverse field who have worked in and contributed to: Climate change resilience strategies, Adaptation frameworks, water governance, disaster risk management strategies, governance, infrastructure planning, transport, education, media, communication, and capacity enhancement programs. Our research team can conduct interdisciplinary research, consult, and hold interactions and trainings on crosscutting issues involving the environment, water, technology, politics, governance and society with a wide spectrum of the Nepali society as well as with global actors.

Core Activities

  1. Build capacity of federal, provincial and local government as well as think tanks and NGOs on knowledge development.
  2. Carryout research and work towards maintaining natural ecosystem, disaster risk reduction, resilience building.
  3. Training and capacity building programs on topics such as climate resilience, food security, training of trainers, disaster risk management, software and tools, project management, and organizational performance.
  4. Review of research and implementation projects.
  5. Collaboration with national and international like-minded organizations to traverse geographic and capacitive boundaries of work.
