ISET Nepal, DCA Nepal, and other partner organizations actively participated in two important milestone events-the Theory of Change (ToC) Reflection Workshop and the Annual Partners’ Platform Meeting. These engagements played a vital role in reviewing progress, identifying gaps, and refining strategies. Through the ToC reflection process, partners ensured that the 2022–2026 Country Programme remains relevant, adaptive, and impactful. The workshop also helped align collective efforts toward shared goals, making sure that activities on the ground continue to address emerging needs and changing contexts.

Equally significant was the Annual Partners’ Platform Meeting, which created a space for open dialogue, shared learning, and alliance-building among all participating organizations. Partners openly discussed both challenges and opportunities in programme implementation, reinforcing the importance of collaboration, transparency, and accountability. The meeting strengthened relationships and encouraged joint solutions for greater impact. We look forward to continuing this journey of collective learning, cooperation, and action in the years ahead.
