ISET-Nepal and International Institute for Environment Development (IIED, UK) organised a workshop “Tracking Adaptation and Measuring Development (TAMD)” on December 10 2012 at Hotel Shangrila, Kathmandu. ISET-Nepal, in collaboration with IIED and IDS-Nepal are implementing the above mentioned project that aims to develop a framework for assessing climate adaptation and development. The workshop aimed to brainstorm methodological approaches to develop a framework among stakeholders and solicit inputs. The presenters outlined the idea behind tracking adaptation and measuring development, research conducted on adaptation and development and explained the concepts, approaches, information and activities related to Tracking development and adaptation. The presentations were followed by a discussion to incorporate participants’ suggestions.
