Conference on public policy and governance in South Asia

ISET- Nepal’s researchers participated in the conference on “Public policy and governance in South Asia: Towards justice and prosperity “on 28th June to 29th June, 2018 at Nepal Administrative Staff College (NASC). This conference was organized by Nepal Administrative Staff College ,ISET- Nepal , Niti foundation , SIAS – Nepal , IPE and BGD . The conference was being envisioned as an annual gathering of interested scholars, academics, and practitioners in the field of public policy and governance in South Asia. The conference were: to discuss and share practices as well as experiences of public policy and governance, to promote culture of evidence-based public policy making and identify issues and opportunities in public policy process in the region and strengthen the synergy and networking of institutions working in public policy and governance. ISET – Nepal Senior Research Faculty member Ashutosh Shukla presented research paper on tittle “Policy deficit in catalyzing transformative changes in Nepal’s post Gorkha earthquake”. ISET- Nepal’s Research Officer Rabi Wenju also presented research paper on tittle “Climate Change governance in Nepal”.
