Ceramics are made up of earthen materials which are nature friendly and are free from decays due to gradual natural impacts. The ceramic industries in the valley are using hand tools to cut the long ceramic slabs. The manual cutting makes the cutting process very inconsistent, tedious and inefficient. The project fabricated synchronous mud slab cutter which cuts mud slab for ceramic tiles in definite size continuously. The testing of machine was done at Bhaktapur ceramics, Bhaktapur. The tests were conducted in three sites with variation of mud slab density, width and thickness. The velocity and force of incoming mud slabs were different indifferent sites. The machine performed well for all these variation.
